This where the sites we went to were listed. While there were all world-class dives, Dream Maker, Shark Junction, and Golden Dreams have all be photographed by Nat Geo, and are easily the best dives I have ever done. Dream Maker was full of life. Hard coral, soft coral, antheas, clownfish, sea fans, swim-throughs and everything else you would every want in a dive. Golden Dreams and Shark Junction are right next to each other, and if the skill level was high enough both sites would be visited on one dive. First we would drop in to about 15m and swim from one side of Golden Dreams out to Shark Junction. Shark Junction was basically an amphitheater-like formation on the floor of the ocean, and we would basically swim up and have a "seat". There would normally be 3-8 white-tip or grey reef sharks there to entertain us, occasionally couple of bull sharks would drop by. After 10 min or so, we would head back to Golden Dreams, and thats where you saw how it got its name. There is a group of bommies that are positioned in a way that they almost make a four-walled room with no ceiing. One of the wall has a large hole in it. When you swim through that and enter the room, you are surrounded by gold coral…I mean everywhere. When the light is right it is easily the most beautiful thing I have every seen. Ever. Ahhhh Fiji.
