Sipadan diving- where else to dive in malaysia?

A few years ago I went on a trip to malaysia, to the amazing Sipadan Marine Park on the northern part of Borneo. It took a day to get there from Kuala Lumpur, using plane, public bus, taxi and a boat in a part of asia that isnt set up for travellers. The cheapest option was to stay on the main land and get the 1 hour trip out to the reef daily. It was such a great trip with lots of big turtles, fish and healthy interesting coral.
Has anyone been anywhere else in Malaysia that is as good as Sipadan?
